This service provides the essential support that designers need during the hectic rush of installation day. We specialize in carefully unboxing new items, steaming textiles, receiving and inspecting merchandise, organizing furniture and accessories by area, under the designer's guidance, as well as basic assembly of small items and strategic placement. We ensure that every detail is flawlessly executed so you and your staff can focus on transforming spaces and elevating lives.

Because organizing and decluttering often involve personal decisions, we generally recommend that you are present during the sorting and decluttering process. This helps ensure that choices about what to keep, donate, or let go of reflect your needs and preferences. That said, we understand that schedules can be busy. If you’re unable to be present, we’re happy to find a solution that works best for you and handle the process on a case-by-case basis.

In Place Studio can recommend and provide, as an extra charge, organizing products when needed for the spaces we work on. If you already have containers, baskets, or organizing materials at home, we are happy to incorporate them into the system we design for you. Our goal is to make the most of what you already own whenever possible, helping minimize unnecessary purchases while creating a functional, beautiful, and sustainable organization system for your home

About us

In Place Studio was founded by Lily and Bettina, two entrepreneurs and mothers who share a passion for creating spaces that feel calm, functional and beautifully lived in.

Lily brings a background in architecture and interior design, with strong expertise in spatial planning, renovation coordination, sourcing, and project leadership. Her approach focuses on structure, systems, and delivering a refined client experience rooted in professional design standards.

Bettina is a decorator with a background in media production. She brings a natural talent for styling, sourcing, and organization, with a sharp eye for detail and aesthetic balance. She focuses on the final layer that transforms a space from organized to truly complete and welcoming.

Together, they combine structure and softness, helping clients create homes that are not only organized, but elevated and ready for everyday life.
